Set up regularly scheduled deliveries for your favourite Water Care, Filter, and Aromatherapy products.


When you subscribe to a product, you Save 10%.

  1. Navigate to your favourite products as you usually would.
  2. Eligible products will have two purchase options: One-Time Purchase and Subscribe & Save.
  3. Select a delivery schedule, and subscribe to a product to save 10%.
  4. Once you're finished adding to the cart, check out as usual.

  • At the bottom of your subscription under Billing Schedule, click the red text that says Reschedule.
    This will allow you to select a new day of the month for your subscription.

    This will send you an email to confirm.

Products purchased with Subscribe & Save follow the same shipping policy as one-time purchases - the order subtotal must be above $49 to qualify for free shipping.


Because only the Subscribe & Save items are re-ordered, if you qualify for free shipping because of one-time purchases, you won’t receive free shipping for the next Subscribe & Save order.


If you qualify for free shipping because of the Subscribe & Save product total, shipping will be free when re-ordered.

When a product is out of stock, the remaining products will be shipped, and you’ll be emailed with 2 options - refund the difference, or ship the out of stock product when we receive more.


Unfortunately due to fluctuating global supply of some products, we can’t provide a precise ETA for the second option.

  • When you’re finished your order, navigate to checkout and adjust the points slider on the right side to the desired amount of points you’d like to use.

  1. Click the floating icon at the bottom-left of the site that says Rewards.
  2. Click the Redeem button at the top of the menu, which will bring up a points slider.
  3. Adjust the slider to the desired amount you’d like to redeem, and click Redeem to create a coupon code that can be applied at checkout.
Mobile:
  1. When you’re finished your order, navigate to checkout.
  2. At the top of checkout is a section that says Show order summary - click this to display a points slider below.
  3. Adjust the slider to the desired amount of points you’d like to use.

Your points balance will be displayed on the right side of the top menu, right under your cart.


If you’re on a desktop, you can also view your points by clicking on the floating icon at the bottom-left side of the site that says Rewards.

Points expire after 12 months of order inactivity. Any time you place an order or redeem points, the 12-month expiry is reset to that date.


E.g. If you ordered or redeemed points on March 21, 2022, your new points expiry date would become March 21, 2023.

If you’ve placed an order before, sign up using the email address you previously provided, and you may already have points waiting for you.
