Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders Not Yet Shipped

    • Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is made before the order has shipped.
    • Contact us immediately at customerservice@hottubstore.ca with your order details to request a cancellation.

  2. Orders Already Shipped

    • Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return for eligible items as outlined in our Refund Policy.

  3. Custom and Special Orders

    • Custom or special orders, such as spa covers, custom spas, or made-to-order parts, cannot be canceled once they are placed.

Service Appointment Cancellation Policy

  1. Rescheduling or Canceling Appointments

    • Service appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by notifying us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $149 cancellation fee.

  2. No-Show Policy

    • If our technicians are unable to complete the service due to customer unavailability or lack of access, the full-service fee will be charged.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

  1. Managing Your Subscription

    • Subscriptions can be canceled or edited anytime through your Account page under Manage Subscriptions.
    • You can also adjust the frequency of deliveries or reschedule an upcoming order.

  2. Timing for Cancellation

    • To avoid being charged for the next scheduled delivery, cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

  3. Out-of-Stock Products

    • If a product in your subscription is out of stock, you will receive an email with options for a partial refund or to have the item shipped when it becomes available.
