In most situations we cannot accept a return for an opened item.

  • When you’re finished your order, navigate to checkout and adjust the points slider on the right side to the desired amount of points you’d like to use.

  2. Click the Redeem button at the top of the menu, which will bring up a points slider.
  3. Adjust the slider to the desired amount you’d like to redeem, and click Redeem to create a coupon code that can be applied at checkout.
Mobile:
  1. When you’re finished your order, navigate to checkout.
  2. At the top of checkout is a section that says Show order summary - click this to display a points slider below.
  3. Adjust the slider to the desired amount of points you’d like to use.

Your points balance will be displayed on the right side of the top menu, right under your cart.

If you’re on a desktop, you can also view your points by clicking on the floating icon at the bottom-left side of the site that says Rewards.

Points expire after 12 months of order inactivity. Any time you place an order or redeem points, the 12-month expiry is reset to that date.

E.g. If you ordered or redeemed points on March 21, 2022, your new points expiry date would become March 21, 2023.

Yes, we offer free shipping on almost all order over $49. A few large items like covers require an additional shipping fee.

We currently only ship within Canada and apologize to anyone outside the area who's interested in placing an order.

If you used any discounts on the order, double-check the total after it was applied was still over $49.

When you subscribe to a product, you Save 10%.

The absolute essentials are:

  • Sanitizer - for killing bacteria. Chlorine or bromine are the only options deemed safe by Health Canada.
  • Shock (Oxidizer) - for breaking down organic contaminants that sanitizer struggles with.
  • pH (up, down) - for balancing acidity of water.
  • Alkalinity increaser - for controlling pH stability. pH down is the same as "Alka down."

The general rule of thumb is 30 minutes for chemicals like chlorine, bromine, pH/Alkalinity balancers; however after a shock treatment you may want to wait, you may want to wait 60.

Wipe around the waterline of your spa with a sponge weekly. Rinse your filters weekly, clean monthly, and replace yearly. You should also drain, deep clean, and refill your water 3-4 times a year.

Yes, since a hot tub or all season pool stays running all the time it would grow bacteria quickly without a sanitizer. pH and Alkalinity balancers are necessary as water acidity can cause damage to your spa if left unchecked.

There is no better option, it comes down to personal preference. We usually recommend chlorine as it's less expensive and better suited for outdoors. Learn more in our chlorine vs bromine article.

White flakes are usually a buildup of calcium scale (from hard water); use a stain and scale controller to prevent.
