Refund Policy 

Returns are easy with Hot Tub Store. Let us know that you would like to return some or all of the eligible products you purchased within the last 30 days, and we will provide you with a complimentary shipping label to return the items. Eligible items must be in their original condition and unopened packaging.


Refund eligible items:

  • plumbing parts such as fittings and manifolds
  • diverters
  • air valves and toggles
  • jets
  • chemicals
  • accessories
  • filters


Ineligible items:

  • Clearance items
  • electronic components such as (but not limited to):
    • controllers/circuit boards
    • sensors
    • top-side displays
    • stereos, speakers and stereo components
    • transformers and fuses
    • pumps
    • heaters
    • lights
    • other electronics
  • pillows
  • cut pipe
  • special order parts and hot tub covers



How long before I receive a refund?

Once we receive the products back, we will inspect them to ensure they are unopened and in good condition. You should expect a refund within 5-7 business days.



Why are these parts ineligible?

These parts cannot be returned because they cannot be properly inspected and can be easily damaged by improper installation. Once returned, they should never be sent to another customer. This is industry standard practice, and ensures that the part you receive is in original, factory condition and unused.
