You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund - see below for a list of eligible products. Eligible returns will receive a free shipping label.

If you forget to cancel a subscription before it's shipped, the return label will be at a charge.
We do not offer direct exchanges, however we can help create an alternative order if an item is being returned.

Sutro Monitors can be retuned within 30 days of delivery if new and unopened for a full refund.

If you're experiencing any issues with your HeatTrak product (within 2 years of purchase), contact us and we'll coordinate a return and replacement.
